Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for most of our premium textiles and decor. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we provide complimentary returns and exchanges to ensure your space is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a copy will also be sent to your email for convenience.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
